The Damselfly Path offers online workshops for women who want to deepen their relationship with their own lives—to explore who they are, what matters to them, and what becomes possible.
Through guided reflection, personal writing, and conversation, we explore possibilities for meaning, connection, and participation in everyday life. These small-group gatherings offer time to pay attention to your own experiences, interests, and hopes, alongside other women doing the same.

Making Room for What Matters to You
What brings meaning, pleasure, and connection to your life? What would you like to make more room for?
This 90-minute online workshop invites you to notice the experiences, activities, and relationships that matter to you—and explore how you might give them more space within your present circumstances.
Together, we’ll reflect on what supports you, what gets in the way, and one practical way to nurture something meaningful in your life.

Time: 7–8:30 p.m. Eastern
Location: Online via Zoom
Group size: Up to eight women
